Pretty satisfied with my bag. The straps are all well secured and the zippers are of good quality and don’t get caught. I like the pocket on the back for important items and the two water bottle pockets on the outside. The capacity is a decent size, however the zipper closure on the top stops a little ways from the corner (you can see in the picture), blocking a good portion of the opening. This makes it a little difficult to put large items into it. My only other complaint is that the interior lining of the bag isn’t anchored to the base, so it can be pulled inside out. This makes taking out large things a bit of a challeng because this lining sometimes comes out with it. This can be fixed easily by just pushing it back into the bag, but it would be more convenient if it was anchored so it wouldn’t do this at all. Apart from the zipper placement and inner lining, I really like this bag!

Despite the long delivery time, this product is absolutely worth the price! It looks exactly like on the picture, it's quite spacious and clearly has been made out of a strong material. Would recommend

The bag is deep and spacious but not very expand. Inside includes one place for computer, one place for others like books, two small pockets, and a small hidden zip for power bank. Outside has one pocket in the front that fits several small stuff. Two pockets for water bottle, and a hidden zip behind the bag that you can put cards or something flat. I kinda like this bag, but I would like it to be more expand on the top. Otherwise, it’s pretty good.

My new bag is awesome. I love all of the compartments and the fact that i can fit so much of my things in it. I use this backpack everyday to commute on the bus. Well worth the bang for your buck!

Love my backpack, great for school, plenty of space with organizing pockets. Just wish the side beverage pockets were a little bigger or stretchy. Looks exactly like photos.

I bought this for my trip to see my daughter in Boston to put under the seat in the airplane. It works great. My laptop fit great and it has a small zipper pocket that is next to your back when you put it on, that zipper pocket was perfect for my boarding pass. and my small tablet.
I recommend this for anyone.

Bags really roomy, holds a lot! Felt very light on my back. Only issue I had was that the bag doesn’t have the best smell on the inside. Other than the smell I enjoyed it.
